About the Grundtvig Award

The EAEA Grundtvig Award was launched in 2003 by EAEA in order to recognise and celebrate excellence in adult education. The Award is given to an organisation or project consortium who present the best transnational project in adult learning and has a different theme each year. It inspires the practitioners, course providers, and project participants value their work, and to link more closely with one another.

About the Project DIGIT-AL

The project is exploring the digital transformation as a topic of Education for Democratic Citizenship/Human Rights Education. It revolves around the question of how democracy and adult education can respond to the challenges associated with digitalisation in society, the economy, politics and culture.

Supported by the EU Commission (Strategic Partnership Adult Education Erasmus+), we develop handouts for educators in adult education and disseminate good practice on how digitalisation can be addressed in the broad fields of adult education. More about the project: https://dttools.eu and on the DARE website

DIGIT-AL is supported in the framework of the Erasmus+ program of the European Commission (Strategic Partnership in the field of Adult Education). Project Number: 2019-1-DE02-KA204-006421
